This taillight assembly only functions as a brake light and running light. There is no turn signal function.

is this a complete tail light assembly that all need to do is splice the wiring.
Yes, this particular Drag Specialties taillight does include a light bulb socket, there's also a bulb included in the kit. With regarding to wiring it, yes, you will have to splice the wires on the OEM harness in order to install the taillight. Other than that, there's not much to putting the light on your machine.
How long is the Pigtail? What kind of termination on the ends of the wires?

The wire harness is about three or four inches long and have plain ends to them. You will have to cut off the stock taillight connectors and re-use them in order to install this taillight assembly.
