This bracket fit perfectly on my 1988 heritage Softail the bushings are sized correctly. I replaced this bracket along with the shifter shaft to eliminate the slop in the the shifter. The only thing item is missing is the grease fitting, so just be sure to coat the bushings on the bracket and the shifter shaft that goes through it with some wheel bearing grease.
