I was a little concerned about slim grips that cost $16.00 but they're awesome. They look like stock grips but they're thinner. Having smaller hands they give you an excellent grip.

They look like remove old and slip on these new ones,is that correct for installation?

For the clutch-side grip, yes that's correct. For the throttle-side, you'll need to open the twist throttle assembly in order to remove the whole throttle tube and put the new one in its place.
