On this kit, for the turn signals, how do they activate? Do I push them and hold to activate signals? Or do I push them in and let go and they blink until I push them in and let go again?

Drag Specialties Handlebar Switches work in the exact same manner as the OEM switches on any bike you select from our fit guide. There's no need to push and hold these buttons for them to function.
If I order this set for a 08' Road Glide, will it include the switches for cruise control?

There are no cruise control switches included with this particular handlebar switch kit. It only includes the headlight dimmer, horn, engine start, ignition on/off along with left and right turn signal switches.
We do have the Drag Specialties Handlebar Radio and Cruise Control Switch Kit which, as the title suggests, has cruise control and radio switches. This kit, however, does not have any other switches included with it, so you'd need to purchase both kits in order to replace all of the handlebar switches on the 2008 Road Glide.
