Does the air filter come with breather hoses

There are no breather hoses included with the air filter element. You are to re-use the OEM Harley breather hoses upon installation of this air filter for the stock intake system.
does it come with a new gasket?

There are no gaskets included with Drag Specialties air filters. Provided it's in good condition, you may re-use the OEM gasket when servicing your Harley-Davidson air cleaner.
