It really depends on how wide those bars you have happen to be and furthermore, how they're positioned (angled) on the risers. That said, for your bike - the Batwing fairing measures 36-1/2" at its widest point and it's certainly better at moving air around your hands and chest than the stock windscreen that the bike ships with from the factory.
