Does this have any type of baffling that can be removed?

All Akrapovic exhausts use modern muffler packing which surrounds a perforated core for exhausts gases to pass through. There are no mechanical baffles in the muffler itself.
No less, if you're looking to make the exhaust louder, you can certainly remove any amount of that packing you want!
I have a 2005 Honda CBR600 F4i. What's the weight of this item? What kind of power increase should I expect?

Akrapovic claims a weight savings of 1.3lbs over the stock muffler and a power increase of 2hp at 12,600 RPM. Mind you, the power output is measured without any fuel delivery modifications. You can expect greater gains than that and also, improved throttle response with the addition of a fuel tuning device like the Power Commander.
