Will this Lindby Unibar Highway Bar for Bikes with Mid-Controls fit my 2011 Harley Dyna Street bob without any drilling of modifications

That's correct - you can bolt these straight onto your bike - so long as you have the OEM Mid-Controls, without the need to cut or drill any parts of your machine. These particular Highway bars for the Dyna Street Bob are designed to bolt straight to the OEM frame and foot control mounting brackets without the need to make any permanent modifications. At some point in the future should you decide to remove the bars, you'll be returning those mounting points to their stock configurations.
