It really depends on what machine it is that you have as to how the engine case guard is constructed. Some kits are of a two-piece design, others only come with one bar that covers both sides of the engine. No matter what kit you choose it will cover both, the left, and the right side of your machine.
If I want highway pegs for my 2008 Yamaha Raider, what size diameter would I need with these highway bars?

The bars to fit that bike have a 1-1/4" diameter. We've got quite a few options to go along with it, depending on your taste. The simplest, all-in-one pegs come from Lindby. With those, you get the clamp and the peg in one complete kit. Those can be had in chrome or black.
Kuryakyn makes quite a few different pegs. Personally, I prefer the Switchblades because they have stow-able stirrups. All of these items can easily be found on our website by using the search function at the top of each page.
