Yes, the 7 degree over stock rack KO triple clamp kit would be recommended for use of a 23" front wheel. Also, for the FLTR Road Glide, you'll need to use an Arlen Ness KO Raked Triple Tree Fairing Mount Kit in order to complete the installation.
