Answer QuestionCleaning the filter is rather simple as the actual element is easily removed from the housing. The included instructions clearly explain exactly how to remove the element. Once it's out of the housing, you can use the solvent of your choice to clean the element and then gently dry it with compressed air. Aside from draining oil from your bike, it's literally a five minute job to service the filter itself.
