UFO doesn't produce a restyled rear fender to fit the Yamaha YZ450F. They do have a YZ450F Restyled Front Fender to fit that bike, but otherwise, you'd have to use a stock-shaped YZ450F rear fender to replace the one that's on your bike.
Will this fit my 05 yz 125? Will I need any other parts for it to fit or do I just swap the old one off?

Yes, this YZ 125 rear fender will indeed bolt straight onto your machine and it is compatible with OEM and OEM Yamaha replica plastics. There's no need to purchase any other parts in order to fit it to your 2005 YZ125.
This fender won't fit any YZ125 models built before the 2002 model year as the sub frame between the two bikes is quite a bit different. For this reason, it won't fit your machine. We do have Acerbis YZ125 rear fenders available in three different colors that are of the exact same design as the stock 2001 YZ125 rear fender.
