Not a perfect fit but with a touch of the cutoff wheel...

I had to slot the bolt holes for a perfect fit. I was fighting ether one bolt or the other to get them started so i just sloted the through hole side and gave it a touch of the cutoff wheel on the already sloted side.. for the price and a little diy no worries. For the none diy and expect a perfect fitting part, go OE.
