Answer QuestionYou'd want to install the screws in the direction that would help level the rack assembly. The rack adapter can be put on in two ways, depending on what Kuryakyn hitch it is that you have on your bike. What's important is that it's set on there in whichever way allows for the correct leveling adjustment.
