I have purchase these brake pads before, because of the low or no brake dust. Better than Harley-Davidson pads and last longer for about the same money.

I've only had these on my bike for around 600 miles. If performance keeps up, I wouldn't hesitate at all to buy them again. Excellent stopping power, smooth as can be, and super quiet.

Answer QuestionWhile no brake pads are, in fact, absolutely dust-free, what sets Lyndall brake pads apart from most other Harley brake pads is that the dust doesn't stick to your bike. It's physically impossible for the pads (and the brake rotor itself) not to produce dust since both parts slowly wear out over time while turning kinetic energy (speed) into heat in order to slow you down. You will notice a different type of dust on your machine upon the installation of Lyndall pads, but that would be coming from the brake rotor(s), not the brake pads. Furthermore, if you were to install a set of Lyndall brake rotors along with the Lyndall pads, you can expect to notice an even greater reduction in brake dust on your bike when you go to clean it up.
