Buying this for my sons 2001 yz125 & was just making sure if the kit comes with power valve & everything needed for a complete top end rebuild, or if there's anything that I might also need to buy?
2003 Yz125 kit, does it require crankcase machining?

Hey guys! 2003 Yz125 here, so the directions say the cases need to be machined down but other sites/forums say it's not needed, id hate to split the cases for nothing. What's your guys opinion?
The kit for the 2003 YZ125 does not require any machining to be performed.
Any time you change cylinders and pistons, it's always recommended that you adjust fueling to suit the new setup. While these kits often replicate the OEM kit for most machines, we encourage everyone to adjust fuel delivery in order to get the most out of this new setup.
