I want to fit this seat cover on my 2009 Grizzly 550. Does it have "just" an elastic band around it? No ties that are underneath seat, right?

In the case of the 2009 Grizzly 550, this seat cover uses a strap that runs across the bottom. This is most likely due to the fact that, at least for the Grizzly 550 seat, the hardware for attaching the seat to your quad would interfere with an elastic perimeter band.
