What size jets would you recommend using with these pipes and a stage one big sucker?

Without knowing exactly what bike it is that you have and where you do most of your riding, it's difficult to say what size jets you'll need. That said, we have a range of Dynojet Carburetor Jet Kits that come with everything you need to suit what would be considered a Stage 1 setup after you add the Megaphone exhaust system.
Each jet kit comes with everything you need to set up your bike to run well with your chosen air cleaner and the full exhaust system in question. The included instructions do an excellent job of explaining the baseline setup. Once you've done that, you'll need to take the bike for a ride to see how well that works for you. To fine-tune fuel deliver, there's also information on what changes to make in order to get the best possible throttle response and engine power output.
Every Bassani exhaust system for bikes that came from the factory with oxygen sensors installed includes O2 sensor bungs. That is to say, if your bike has O2 sensors on it, you will be able to fit those in the Bassani exhaust.
