No, these pipes are only designed to fit Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Cobra does produce a very similar set of pipes to fit the 2008 Road Star Warrior in the form of their Speedstar Swept exhaust. About the only different between the Short Swept an the Swept exhaust is where the tips terminate. The Warrior's exhaust exits just behind the rear axle.

It's only when you get into things like aftermarket Dyna Fat Bob passenger floorboard kits that clearance sometimes becomes an issue. While you can probably get away with installing the exhaust by itself, Cobra recommends that you adjust fueling with one of their jet kits. This way, you'll get the best possible throttle response and engine performance.
