This S.S. header pipe is just as good as the titanium header pipe. And it weighs about a pound different. Best of all it is a couple hundred bucks less. Definitely worth the investment to make more horsepower. Throttle response is noticeable right away.

Moderate install on an older WR450F. Teardown was worse than the install. The pipe appears to be well made and looks great. The best part about it is the low end power. Worth every cent as the bike powers out of corners now instead of lugging along.

Answer QuestionSo long as you have a FMF muffler to install it with, and you choose 2012 KTM 350 SX-F, you should have no problems with fitment.

Answer QuestionFMF headers will only fit machines equipped with a stock or an FMF muffler. This is due to the fact that most FMF headers have an outlet with a different diameter than the stock muffler on your bike. To avoid problems with users who fits buy an FMF muffler, and then later add an FMF MegaBomb header, for example - the manufacturer includes an adapter to fit the FMF muffler to the stock head pipe. When you add an FMF header, you simply do not use the adapter sleeve and the FMF muffler will slip straight over the FMF header for a flawless, leak-free fit.

Answer QuestionFMF's MegaBomb headers are indeed designed to work with FMF mufflers. One thing that's important to know, however, is that some of those mufflers may come with an adapter sleeve so you can configure it to fit the stock, or FMF header. Usually, there's only one sleeve included with the muffler to have it fit the OEM header, but sometimes there's another sleeve that's included for fitting that muffler to the FMF header. So long as you have all of the original hardware that came with your PowerCore 4, you should have no problem installing this FMF MegaBomb header on your machine.
