Looks very nice on my 2016 Honda Stateline VT1300 CR, it fit right on the bracket that goes on the frame for the saddlebag brackets I got from Parts Giant last May...little elbow grease to get the bolts in the threading, but that may be because of my age :).
The sissy bar bracket is coming soon and that will be great for work.
Would recommend this for a bike like mine that needs some customization for the quality of life on your bike (won't lose your passenger on a bump:).

The Cobra sissy bar is very nice and easy to install and looks great. My wife loves it and is very happy with the support it gives her. The one thing that didn't go well was, I also ordered the Mustang Wide Touring Seat and the two didn't work at all together. I had read that they did work together in another review and ordered with confidence only to find out when I tried to install both that they didn't, at least on a V-Star 950. Parts Giant was great though and took the seat back, no problem.

My wife loves the back support and feels much more comfortable on the back of the bike now! Ties right into the look of the bike. I love it! I will be replacing the supplied bolts with black hex head bolts...chrome dots on a blacked out bike does not work for me. The supplied bolts are chrome recessed allen head. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Do You have to move Your stock turn signals on 2002 harley fat boy to install this sissy bar?

You would only need to remove the signals to allow installation of the mount brackets. Once the mount brackets are in place you can reinstall the signals.

I have a 2016 honda vt 1300 stateline that I bought a saddlebag kit, but the screws are small enough only for the one bracket, not sissy bar bracket addition. can I put both of them and have a sissybar along with my saddlebag bracket?
Looks like you can add the Cobra Sissy Bar so long as you also purchase the saddlebag support mounting kit. If you put 02-6136M in our search feature on the site, it should pop right up with it.
