The cobra streetrod gave my Aero a majestic roar and a deep rich rumbling sound.
Fits:
$609.34 – $637.68
You don't have to be one of the big boys in order to hang with them. That was the inspiration behind Cobra's Streetrod exhausts. Built specifically for the middleweight, mid-displacement bikes out there, this system is engineered to squeeze everything it can out of them and look serious doing it.
These aren't just cut-down versions of their bigger systems. Each is scaled proportionately to look and fit right and then tuned specifically to give you more boost and performance. And they offer many of the same things you'll find in big bike systems, including machined aluminum billet tips and full-length, triple-layer chrome heat shields.
Mid-sized cruisers are popular for a reason, and with a new set of Streetrods, you've just been given several more.

Fit and finish is absolutely top notch, pretty easy assembly. Requires common sense and some mechanical ability but not difficult by any means. The sound these things make is perfect. Loud but not over the top. I'm super stoked.

So far so good doesn't seem to need tuning? Would like to know more about what I can do to improve the performance? Peace & Love

I did this exhaust with the dynojet stage 1 jet kit on my 2002 Honda shadow spirit 750 and it sounds incredible now, the exhaust was stock before and this is the perfect noise level, loud enough to wake the neighbors but not so that they call the cops. Perfect throaty noise with some backfire on the downshifts, feels like a whole new beast.

System was pretty simple to install, comes with instructions along with everything needed. Bike sounds bad@$$ especially when giving it throttle. Has a nice sound at idle as well. Great system, highly recommend!

I have a 2014 Honda shadow vt750c2. Everything on it is currently stock.
Answer QuestionIt really depends on what you're after. If you want a louder bike, then you needn't add anything else to your bike. Now, if you want to get more engine power and better throttle response, then we recommend you add a fuel tuner to your bike. Specifically, the Fi200R EFI Fuel Controller. With that, you'll be able to match fuel delivery to the needs of the exhaust in order to get the most out of your setup. Installation is quick, for the tuner that is - and you can configure it using the three dials on the tuner itself and following the simple instructions that come with it. With those two items, you'll be 100% ready to ride!

Answer QuestionYes, it would be recommended to add a tuner to get the most out of this exhaust system.

Installing these on a 2008 Honda Aero Shadow 750
Answer QuestionWe do have those pipes for the 2008 Honda VT750C Shadow 750 Aero. You can find them by searching our store for "Cobra Streetrod Slashdown Exhaust System" in the search bar at the top of our page. We offer then in black and chrome finish options.

Answer QuestionAs long as you choose your exact model and model year, you would just re-use your original O2 sensors and thread them into the bungs in this exhaust system. To achieve the best possible throttle response and engine performance, it's always best to install some sort of fuel controller. Basically, any time you change the way air flows into or out of the engine, you'll want to adjust the air fuel ratio accordingly to maximize any performance gains available from the new freer flowing system. I would recommended pairing this exhaust with the Cobra FI2000R fuel controller. You can find them in our store by searching "Cobra Fi2000R Fuel Controller" in the store search bar.
