A 7 wire rectifier to be replaced by a 5 wire rectifier for 1977 CB750A??

My current rectifier has three yellow, two green, and two white wires. This states that it'll fit, but the math doesn't seem to math correctly...

Yes, this would replace the regulator and rectifier on that 1977 CB750A into one unit. It does come with installation instructions to show exactly how to do so.

The item you're looking at isn't designed to fit the 2007 GSX-R750. What you need is a GSX-R750 Rick's Regulator/Rectifier since the Suzuki uses both functions in one device. That device will come with the correct number of wires and OEM-style plugs to fit that bike with ease.
