So you can use your stock 883 heads with this kit?? Also stock cams or recommended cam for best bang for the buck lol?

Yes, the 883 heads will work with this kit. In fact, the valves are the same for 883 and 1200 heads. As for cams, we like anything from Andrews, particularly the N4 cams. Other than that, a proper tune to match the bigger pistons is about all you'll need to get down the road.
Does this kit include new heads rocker boxes and valves ?

There are no rocker boxes or valves included with this kit. You are to re-use the OEM units in order to complete the installation of the conversion kit.

My 883 custom has only 9,000 original miles on it. I learned on the 883 now Im ready for some power and need to make it louder what do you recommend for that? I was thinking of some Black powder coating with chrome tips. The same for Heads if possible
The S&S 883 to 1200 Sportster Conversion Kit will not require you to change your exhaust or intake. You can still use the stock cylinder heads from your 883, the exhaust and intake will remain the same. To get the most of the conversion kit, it is highly recommended that you tune your carburetor for optimal performance with the increased displacement. You'll certainly notice a huge improvement in terms of engine power output. In fact, it sounds like this kit is exactly what you're looking for. If you were to add a Sportser Cobra full exhaust system, you'd certainly get the extra sound output you want as well!
