This manifold has provisions for mounting the stock MAP sensor directly to the manifold, and is primarily designed for Harley-Davidson Twin Cam 88 engines. However it may also be used on engines for 1984-1999 Big Twins which require a MAP sensor, such as S&S engines equipped with the S&S Intelligent Spark Technology (IST) ignition. Fits Super G carbs on 88", 95", and 106" Twin Cam 88 and 80", 89", and 96" Evolution Big Twin engines. Includes MAP Sensor Machining.

will this manifold also fit the s&s 52mm throttle body?

S&S Super G manifolds are designed to fit machines that were originally fuel-injected and convert them to fit an S&S Super G carburetor only. They won't fit any machines that retain a throttle body of any sort, including an S&S 52mm throttle body.
