Yes, there is indeed a 1" baffle included in the muffler, albeit - it's welded in place and not removable.

So long as the OEM header has an outlet diameter of 1-1/2 inches, yes, it'll fit. However, you may have to do some fabrication work in order to get the muffler's hanger bracket to correctly attach to your bike.

So long as the header on that bike measures 1-1/2" where the muffler is connected to it, then yes, it'll fit - but you're going to have to do quite a bit of fabrication work in order to secure that muffler to your bike. You'll need to build a study exhaust hanger bracket since this muffler is essentially designed for custom builds. The Emgo slip-on muffler does fit headers with a 1-1/2 inch outside diameter so, if that's what you measure on your bike, then it will fit. You may, however, need to fabricate a mounting bracket of some sort in order to have it fixed to your bike in a workmanlike manner.
