Are there any issues running these compression releases on a higher compression engine?

I've had them installed on my 113" S&S engine and have had one blow completely out of the head.
What we have on offer are just the caps, not the compression release valves themselves. No less, for your specific needs, we can get you a set of Jims USA Manual Compression Release Valves that have a 10mm x 1.0mm thread and measure 1-13/16" long. They're specifically designed for high-compression engines and would more than be up to the task.
